However that roommate will be moving out this summer, and the other roommate intends to turn that third bedroom into an office space. So after that, you would have the hallway bathroom to yourself. Full kitchen, storage and utility rooms, as well as a gigantic living space in the living room, with windows facing Newark Ave pedestrian area. Tons of restaurants, markets and shops right outside. It's amazing that this bedroom doesn't hear the noises from out front, since the bedroom is at the back of the apartment. Bedroom furniture, like very lightly used queen mattress and frame (almost new condition, only slept on by one person a few times), dresser, small book/storage shelves and large smart TV with rolling TV stand, are available for purchase on very discounted price. No pets or smoking cigarettes indoors allowed (420 ok and if you have one cat, this can be discussed). Roommates are very kind & chill people, but everyone abides by common house rules, like keeping shared spaces clean. One roommate is a flight attendant, so she frequently travels. The other roommate works in the city on weekdays until the evenings.
