Wildlife sometimes visit the neighborhood and one of the trails behind Trinity Methodist church is an Environmental Study area. This whole area is great for birders. The larger of the two Guest/In-law Quarters with private entrance can be reached either through the interior stairway or by the two stories of decks going down to patio & garden on that garden level as well as a private gate and entrance from the two car parking pad on that side of the house . The smaller guest quarters is accessed from the front porch and can be accessed from inside the house. The control panel for the emergency generator is in the large utility furnace/AC room on the garden level at the rear of the house.
