Will be putting on the market as soon as all projects are finished. New roof in 2014. New kitchen cabinets, flooring and paint inside in May 2015. Tile throughout, with neutral carpeting in all bedrooms and living room. New AC unit with wifi thermostat installed in October 2015. Exterior of the house was painted in December 2018. We are still working on the pool which needs new tiles around the pools edge, cleaning it out and a new pool filter, then finishup a couple of smaller projects, but are willing to reduce the price accordingly, until we have completed all projects.
