Shared amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and more! Experience the best of beachside living combined with the comfort and convenience of our thoughtfully curated studio! You will have full access to the entire studio condo and full access to all the shared resort amenities. An outdoor shower, located on the left side of the clubhouse, is available for use after a long day at the beach to wash off the sand. Additionally, there is a car wash area on site at the back of the property to clean your car after a day at the beach (dependent on city water restrictions). Laundry facilities are available inside the clubhouse building on the resort property at renter's expense.
