The present lease is supposed to end on 12/31. Section8 is acceptable. The house is rented by owner and there is no agent fee. Background check fee is $60 for each adult. No criminal history and no eviction history. Credit score is preferably over 600. Dogs are allowed. One small dog (no more than 15 pounds) $25 per month; One big dog (more than 15 pounds) $50 per month. The first house showing time is two hours: 4-6pm Nov 22 (Sunday). At the showing time, only the present tenant will be there, owner will not be on the scene. So far there are more people than expected who want to see the house. The showng time will last for two hours (from 4pm to 6pm). Mask must be worn. Nobody will be let in without a mask. Social distancing will be practiced. No more than five people will be allowed in the house at the same time. Please kindly wait outside for your turn if there are already five people inside. Thank you for your cooperation! Owner pays for water. Renter responsible for electric and gas.
