One bedroom is downstairs, and the other four are upstairs. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and private bathroom for added convenience. Utilities will be billed to tenants monthly. No Smoking. No Pets. Tenant pays utilities. 6 or 12 month leases are available. All occupants over 18 and any cosigners must submit a separate application. The application fee is $50 per application. Applicants must authorize a background check to be considered. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent must be paid within 48 hours of lease signing, and no less than 5 business days before taking possession.
