The backyard is huge and there is space to park your RV or boat. We are located at the end of a street in a quiet neighborhood. You will have plenty of park spaces. Easy access to 680 freeway. It's 15 min walk to BART station. No smoking. Pet is welcomed but no more than one. You are responsible for any damage caused by the pet. You will be responsible for all the utilities and your renter's insurance. One year lease at least.
