Single family house with it's own propane (cooking) and electric, and oil (heat) utilities. Property shared with main house (owner occupied) but very private location. Quiet, peaceful setting yet close enough to everything in town. Single car garage and 1+ car carport. Laundry room and second story deck off master bedroom. Second bedroom is small - Maximum two occupants (including children). PLEASE do not enter property without an appointment. Entering the property without an appointment will disqualify you from being considered for the rental. Tenant pays for gas (propane) for stove, electricity, and oil for heat. Landlord provides water. No central air but cottage is easily cooled with two window a/c units (one upstairs and one downstairs) provided by tenant. No smoking. Some pets may be considered - to be discussed by landlord and prospective tenant.
