Second bedroom is small - Maximum two occupants (including children). PLEASE do not enter property without an appointment. Entering the property without an appointment will disqualify you from being considered for the rental. Tenant pays for gas (propane) for stove, electricity, and oil for heat. Landlord provides water. No central air but cottage is easily cooled with two window a/c units (one upstairs and one downstairs) provided by tenant. No smoking.
