This house has undergone major renovations including - new roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, insulation, paint, and bathroom makeover! It has a large living room and a decent size kitchen with newer stove and plenty of cabinets. There is a bonus room between the kitchen and bedroom that could be used as a dining room or office.
