Bought 10 years ago, seeing great potential in this repo house. 1 acre on the Muskegon with 99' of frontage. Water damaged but structurally sound. We started gutting it but then the economy took a dump and wife lost her job and we lost our extra money to put in the house. Still enjoyed since there is a large garage, electricity and water. Last kid graduating this year and we decided it was time to become mobile again. We are asking for our original investment.
