The room for rent is unfurnished and is the biggest room in the house and has two closets. It is the only room downstairs, which means more privacy for you and perfect for introverts! There's enough room for your bedroom stuff and an office or entertainment setup. The room has a keyed lock for your peace of mind. The bathroom is shared and upstairs, but almost no one will use it except for you since I live alone and I rarely have people over. I have my own private bathroom. $1000 per month, all utilities included. $100 off first month's rent. Utilities include electric, gas, security monitoring, water, and high speed internet. $500 deposit. 6-12 month lease. You will need to provide your own rental insurance. $40 fee all inclusive for credit, background, and employment verification that is refundable if you sign the lease. Total move-in fees: $900+$700+$40=$1440. I really don't care about the credit score more than what's on the credit profile. I am okay with past evictions if they are old enough. I am not strict as long as you are transparent and honest with me. Single occupant of legal adult age only. I have a Vivint security system with 24/7 monitoring, which you will have access to. 420/smoking friendly as long as you do it outside. No dogs. Cats welcome, and other animals can be discussed, but I would like to meet your pet before signing the lease if possible. :) I am chill and value cleanliness most of all. All shared spaces and appliances are accessible to you. I have a washer and dryer, food pantry, smart TV, iron and ironing board, Komodo Joe charcoal grill, Vitamix, slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, vacuum sealer, Miele vacuum, flat mop, broom, carpet and furniture shampooer, tile steamer, equipment for a cocktail bar, cleaning supplies, toiletries, first aid supplies, fully stocked linen closet with towels, washcloths and bedding, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, etc etc. Guests are allowed and I have a furnished guest room but please discuss beforehand if they stay for more than one day!
