One bedroom, one bathroom apartment. This one story Mid Century Modern building is on Fillmore Street. Vibrant murals decorate the exterior walls on Fillmore and on 15th street. There is one off street parking space for this apt in the parking lot, and ample free street parking if you have an additional car or to entertain guests. This is an unfurnished apartment. The building went through extensive renovations and has cold AC, central heat, built in microwave, new bathroom, etc. There is a private patio/ tiny yard off the kitchen. It has rock and slab and there is a hose bib if you wanted to water plants. There is also a small dog door that leads to the outdoor private yard/patio. In the complex, there is a large gated courtyard for all tenants and their guests, with patio tables and chairs. This rental is for a year, I would gladly take a shorter stay. My contract is month to month. I will not raise the rent more than once a year but I offer you and I flexibility if there were a problem with staying. You can get out of the lease with a 30 day or more notice at the end of any month for any reason. I can also terminate the lease with 30 day notice for example if there are illegal activities on the premises, fights, or other abuses etc. I also do not tolerate numerous late payments and will give a thirty day notice to tenants that pay late numerous times. That said most of my tenants stay for years and years and I pride myself on treating everyone well and taking care of my renters and apartments.
