This is a short term rental property that comes fully furnished and equipped for turn key temporary accommodations. Insurance claimants, corporate rentals, building or buying a new home; this is what we specialize in. Rental terms includes all utilities and maintenance paid. Owner pays all utilities, maintenance and landscape fees. Tenant is not responsible for any additional payments or fees. A 5 day notice to vacate is preferred but not required. Less than a month stays are pro-rated.
