A safe and quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes away from shopping centers (Costco, Ralphs, Target, Trader Joe's, sprouts) and I15. Preferably looking for someone our age 29(M) and 27(M). We would like to share our living space with someone who is responsible, professional, clean, respectful, no smoking, and no drugs. Room comes with its own A/C system. 1 gig internet. You will have full access to the house, backyard, garage with driveway parking for one car. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person(dual vanity). Rent is $1100 + utilities (split 3 ways). A little bit about ourselves, we're both friends that work in biotech. Two pretty active guys who do archery, gym, cooking, gaming, and watching sports. We're pretty laid back and like to have friends over from time to time. We don't mind it if you have people over, within reason. Overnight guests are ok.
