So if you are unwilling to feed the cats/rabbits for 5-15 days per year or to take out the trash on days the owners are gone, this is not a good fit. Due to the fact some amenities (electricity/fire pit/propane grill) and space (patio/backyard) will be shared with the owners, a good fit of a tenant will be needed. Owners do not want tenants who throw parties or constantly having new people coming in and out of the property. As residents, you will always have ability to come and go as you please, just no non-stop revolving door of guests. Prefer older, working professionals, but are open-minded as long as tenant is respectful and not disruptive.
