Room with full size bed, night stand, ceiling fan with light, lots of natural light, full size sliding closet, shared bathroom with other tenants, laundry available. Month to month lease contract for single occupant only. To be considered you must submit your 3 months pay stub, bank statements, copy is driver's license & social security card. A security deposit of $700 (refundable) plus one month advanced rent of $1,000 is due upon move in. Rules & Regulations: No visitors allowed coming in & out of the house. If you're not a tenant you are not allowed to enter the house with respect to other tenants. No sleepover allowed. No smoking whatsoever inside or within the premises. No alcohol or illegal drugs or marijuana not allowed inside or outside the premises. No loud music or noise after 10:00 pm in consideration to other student tenants. No pets whatsoever is allowed. When you reply please include your job status, your age, & contact information. Male is preferred but female is also welcome as long as you're ok to share using the same bathroom.
