It includes a full-size bed, love seat, TV, fireplace, dining room table and chairs, dresser, and basic kitchen equipment (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, blender, etc.). My husband and I live in the upstairs portion of the house. We are friendly, low-key, easy going folks who love a peaceful lifestyle. All utilities are included. This includes wi-fi. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment. No pets or smoking. Off-street parking is available in front of the house. We are looking for a one-year lease agreement, but we are open to discussing other length of stay terms based on your circumstances. A credit check and background check are required. First and last month's rent and security deposit and required before move-in.
