There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment. No pets or smoking. Off-street parking is available in front of the house. We are looking for a one-year lease agreement, but we are open to discussing other length of stay terms based on your circumstances. A credit check and background check are required. First and last month's rent and security deposit and required before move-in.
