The other tenant is a grad student at UVA, so the house would be ideal for other grad students and young professionals. The house is very conveniently located to all of the shops on 29 and is only a 1-minute drive to Kroger and Whole Foods. It's a 9 minute drive and a 15 minute bike ride to UVA, a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Kroger, and Stonefield Commons, and a 4 minute drive to Harris Teeter and the shops on Barracks Rd.
