One parking space is included in the rent, but if you do not have a car I would be interested in renting the space from you for $200/mo (essentially reducing the rent to $2400/mo). The apartment is located between two train lines (D and C Green line). Radiator heat and water included in the rent. Trash in parking lot area, laundry in adjacent building of complex, and bike storage next to laundry area.
