The cabin is Off the beaten path! Outside city limits-basically it is in the country. The roads are very curvy & they are state maintained asphalt. Only 30 miles to Asheville, but a good 45 min. drive & a 20 min ride to the grocery. Great views from this newer 2 bedroom log cabin. Situated on 2 acres and includes a barn/shed. Ample water supply so no city water bills & trash is included, but must be driven to the transfer station. The heat is electric baseboards. Plenty of room for veggie garden. The floors, walls & ceilings are tongue and groove pine. There are alot of windows to enjoy the views, including the doors, there are three. It is beautiful, however, it?s small. I did add a nice linen closet and some pantry space above the hot water heater in a closet. The appliances are newer. The master bedroom is good sized, but the second bedroom is small, the living room/kitchen combo is too small to be called a great room, the bathroom is nice and has a tub and there are two good sized covered porches. It is on top of a private mountain. All by itself. You can only see the tops of the houses of your nearest neighbors. Pets are welcome. $700./month w/o washer, +$50/mo. Once I reconnect it. Owner pays for water and trash, but Tenant is responsible to drive trash to the transfer station.
