Picture featured on Zillow is old - since I purchased the home, I have done the following: put in a drought-tolerant front yard, painted exterior, put in a new roof and new driveway, completed fencing of yard, put in drought-tolerant hedges and planting in back yard....from the outside home looks completely different from the picture that you have.
