This is a deal specific to what I am offering, not for other apartments within Aberdeen. The normal security deposit is $1,000 but I will cover that expense for somebody who wishes to move in. Appliances work very well and water heater keeps hot water flowing constantly. Sparklight and Verizon 5G are available in the neighborhood, both of which offer excellent service and pricing on internet. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. No robberies or break ins. No threats either. Covered parking is amazing in the winter so you don't have to scrape snow off your car. It's great in the summer to keep your car cool as well. There is plenty of parking available for guests (most complex's have awful parking for guests) so this is a good place to host parties and get togethers. It is a 15 minute bike-ride to central downtown for those who bike to work and access to the greenbelt is not that difficult if you are willing to ride a mile or 2. With no traffic, it is easy to get downtown in 5 minutes. With traffic, closer to 10 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, the mall, hair dressers, gyms, etc. on this street and you are truly not that far away from anything.
