Seeking roommate for Farm Haus 2 BR apartment. I prefer a professional roommate who is a quiet, clean, and responsible. But I also want someone very social and fun.
For info about me, I am an attorney, and I don't spend too much time at home but I spend a lot of time with friends. And I would like to have a roommate I enjoy spending time with. Must be easy-going but diligent in cleaning and such. Roommate is subject to approval by Bell Partners, Inc. and myself. I will have an interview process. Farm Haus has an online application process and leasing process. Must be added to lease and share full responsibility for rent.
Open to pets, but roommate pet must pass my approval and roommate must pay all costs thereof to Farm Haus.
Roommate will have to pay 1/2 of all utilities and internet fees. Which I have included for the most part in the rental rate.
