Please note - no beds, you should bring your own. Many built-in storage cabinets around the house. All-wooden interior finish. It is internet ready and a cable is recently upgraded on the lot. Known issue: small crack in bath tub - it is quick fixed and doesn't leak as far as I know, I am renting with it how is it. Condition: old but still good with no known issues except described. For rent till Oct, 1 2022. Move in requirements: first and last months rent and security deposit (equal to 1/2 (one half) of a month's rent). Renter is responsible for rent, electricity (BEMC) and renters insurance. Garbage service is included (once per week). If you use furnace please fill up spent gas back - it is 20 gallons in the tank at the moment. If you need cable internet - please contact ATMC - their cable is already on the property and is recently upgraded and ready to be connected. They told me that connection is $80. Otherwise mobile internet from Verizon works very well in this area. Two small pets allowed - 20 lbs each or less please. No extra fees for pets.
