This is a great location for travel on I-140 or Alcoa Highway to either Oak Ridge, Maryville, Knoxville or surrounding areas. This home has beautiful natural stone on the outside, as well as both floors. It is handicapped accessible on the first floor, with a ramp for entry and grab bars in the bathrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs. Two bathrooms are upstairs, one bathroom is downstairs. The property has city water, but has its own septic system. The property manager takes care of the air filters and septic treatment. They conduct quarterly inspections. The tenant pays for their own utilities. This home has a deck with outdoor furniture included, a patio below the deck and two indoor fireplaces(occasional use only, not for heating home). It has plenty of space (2,000+ sq. ft) and updates, like newer windows, blinds, new roof (March 2013), wood flooring, wood trim, wood doors, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. It has central heating and air. The heating, oven/stove and water heater uses propane gas. The tenant must keep the propane tank above 5% during tenancy.
