It is within minutes from Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Albertsons. The home is an excellent home to set up a "work from home" situation. Have your morning coffee on the north patio and relax in the evenings on the East facing portal. Most of our wonderful restaurants are available for outside dining and curbside pick-up. Renter must pay final cleaning fee, $125 up front. No smoking on property. No large noisy parties. Must be 25+ years of age.
