The master bedroom features a luxury king-size mattress, a smart TV with streaming services, and a beautifully renovated en-suite. Just off the master bedroom is the living room and dining area, complete with an oversized flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is breathtaking, equipped with a crockpot, Vita-mix blender, kettle, high-end pots and pans, and a gas stove top. The homeowner has taken the time to find the perfect furniture for this home, with a natural wood table that complements the southwest theme. The kitchen is fully stocked with more supplies and appliances than you will ever need. The second guest bedroom has a queen luxury bed and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. A hall bath with a tub shower surround is situated between this room and the third guest bedroom, which has a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed and a desk with a wireless printer. The backyard is fully fenced and oversized, perfect for watching sunsets while relaxing on the lounge furniture. There is also a BBQ grill available for use. Harmony Hills is located around the corner from hiking trails, golf, and red rock views. Oak Creek Golf Course is a short walk from the house, and there are plenty of hiking trails around the Village of Oak Creek, along with shopping and dining nearby. The views of the red rocks are stunning and ever-present, making every direction you travel a visual delight. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind. No large gatherings are allowed, and there is no mailbox access. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke upon check-out. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
