Renters will have their own living area which includes complete main floor with kitchen, dining room, living area, and full bathroom. Also rental included upstairs master bedroom, and large furnished deck in backyard. Basement and laundry area not included. Note: This rental is not child friendly as staircase is open with rail. Master bedroom is upstairs, so tenants will need to descend the stairs to bathroom during sleep hours. This may be a deterrent for frequent users. Seasonal rental. References required to occupy premises. Minimum rental stay 1 week with based weekly rate $750 per week Sunday check-in after 4:00pm and to Sunday check-out by 10:00am. With no damage incurred, renters deposit will be returned by mail within 1 week of departure. Tenant is responsible for maintaining house as is, with only light housecleaning. If house is found to need heavy housecleaning or if any damages are incurred, tenant will be charged based on charges incurred by owner. Any remaining balance of deposit will be returned. Renters manual available for details on recycling materials, etc.... Property grounds are maintained by owner. Owners has full assess and use of basement, breeze way and separate storage shed. Tenants are encourage to contact owner with any repairs or problems with rental. These issues will be taken seriously and remedied as soon as possible. Small children under 6 yrs old are prohibited from staying overnight at the property due to the open concept of stairway to upstairs bedroom. Laundry available for long term renters, with scheduling considerations for use of washer and dryer.
