OPEN HOUSE: Saturday June 12th from Noon - 12:30pm. Feel free to just show up, no registration needed. UTILITIES INCLUDED! Owner pays for Electric, Gas, Water, Lawn Mowing, Sewer, and Trash. Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $875 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference. If we are interested in your application, we will set up a private showing with you.
