18th Century Cape with attached Elle and Carriage House added around 1810. The entire house was renovated in 1986 including updated plumbing and electric. In 2006 I added a detached 750 sq/ft shop, fully insulated, with double pane windows and sky-lights which is heated with propane. In 2007 I also added a 750 sq/ft In-Law Apartment with handicap accessible bathroom. In 2020 I added a ground mounted solar array that generates 15,000 kw/hrs (62'X12' with 36 panels). I am currently consuming zero k/w of energy from Eversource.
