This is a 3 bedroom house. The kitchen has a full set of stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The living area is open and has laminate floors. There's a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You wouldn't be responsible for any yard work or utilities. $2500 a month. The house is newer so you get gas forced air heat, good insulation, a 2 car attached garage, double pane vinyl windows, a big corner lot, etc. This is very close to Ferndale and Bellingham. We've made recent upgrades including new paint, new light fixtures, new bathroom vinyl, new toilets, new sinks, new bathroom vanities, new smoke alarms, etc. Month to month ok. Or lease ok. What's your preference? Please don't contact me if you have a medium sized or large dog. I'm getting too many inquiries in that regard and I'd only allow a small dog or a cat! Equally, I want good credit and a clean background. Your income should be 2x the monthly rent. Lets not waste each other's time.
