This is a great family lake house. It is clean, has a newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances, including a dish washer and washer/dryer. We purchased this house in 2006 and truly have enjoyed it. We have 4 children, and just enjoyed the summers here tubing, water skiing, fishing, fires at night, fire works on the 4th, smoking meat and BBQ on the deck. It truly is a great entry level house. The downstairs has a unique feature that the kids love, and that is a ladder from the upper living area to the lower bedrooms/kids space. The lower level has it's own 3/4 bath. The house also has HVAC, no window units! This is a great open bow, semi-cruiser boat that can tube, ski, cove, fish, and cruise all over the lake. It has also $8000 of wave and wheels upgraded audio system. The stereo has blue tooth connection, and can crank up the sound. Also, has 2 rear facing speakers that are great to hear music will coving out.
