This is a great family lake house. It is clean, has a newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances, including a dish washer and washer/dryer. We purchased this house in 2006 and truly have enjoyed it. We have 4 children, and just enjoyed the summers here tubing, water skiing, fishing, fires at night, fire works on the 4th, smoking meat and BBQ on the deck. It truly is a great entry level house.
