Excellent location, with shopping and fun activities all around with a few min drive to downtown wake Forest. New stainless appliances, new upstairs flooring in bedrooms, new bath vanities. Has gas fireplace. We will be installing a new AC soon, maybe in the next few months or so. Myself and my wife do all maintenance if needed can call or text anytime. Utilities here is fairly cheap since small unit. Rent is due one the 1st and late after the 5th. Rent $1200 per month Security Deposit $1200 depending on credit, rental history, and if any evictions the deposit may be a little higher. Non refundable pet fee $300 for first pet... We (landlord) pays the monthly $200 monthly HOA fees that cover entire outside maintenance along with pool and tennis courts. I believe also gets treated for termites and pressure washed yearly. We (landlords) replace ac filters once every 3 to 4 months free of charge, we also clean out ductwork for dryer once to twice a year. We ask that anyone interested to please have employment/income verification and paystubs...also a recent credit report. Also for tenants to obtain renters insurance policy, I believe it's real cheap and can possibly get it from your auto insurance company but not sure. Owner/landlord pays the $200 monthly association fees...covers lawn maintenance, pool, tennis courts, and yearly outside maintenance
