This is a great one bedroom one bath close to everything. We have enjoyed it here immensely and hate to have to go but our loss is your gain. The property agency is very responsive and your neighbors are great! It is on a quiet street with an enclosed front and back yard. Beautiful windows with plenty of light and 10 ft ceilings. Great hardwood floors in the living room with nice fireplace feature. There is also a small den off the kitchen that we have converted to a desk space but the options are very open. The appliances are all new within the last couple of years, the washer and dryer are only a couple months old. Dog-friendly and a block away from Meridian Hill Park. You are also walking distance to numerous bars and nightlife as well as three (3!) grocery stores. There is parking on the street. Price is $1995/mo + utilities.
