Front porch with table and two chairs and comfortable seating for reading or relaxing. Back patio is covered and has a ceiling fan, table and chairs and bbq. Professionally landscaped and gardening service is included from May-October. If you like vegetables, there is a garden set up with automatic watering on both sides of the house for your use. Beautiful roses in the front as well as peach, cherry and apple trees in the back yard. The house includes a large master bedroom with king bed, TV and walk in closet. The master bathroom has two sinks and tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower. The third bedroom is used as an office and a desk and printer is available for your use as well as a small closet. This room also has a couch which can be pulled out into a bed. The fourth bedroom will have our personal belongings and will be locked. Kitchen has a large island with pull up seating. Nice pantry. Help yourself to basics included. Hall closet has extra sheets, towels and dish cloths. The laundry room has washer/dryer and is located off of hallway before going into garage. One car space available in the garage. If you have another car, it can be parked in driveway. No smoking and no pets. We want you to feel comfortable in our home. You are welcomed to use cleaning products, pantry items, personal care items in bathrooms. The garage will have a space for one car as well as storage if you need it. We have a freezer in the garage you are welcomed to use in addition to the refrigerator in the kitchen. No pets as we are allergic. This is a nonsmoking home. Please, no large parties. Our neighbors are respectful and value quiet neighborhood. If you want to have home professionally cleaned every two weeks, we can make arrangements for this for an extra charge. I will give you neighbor contact info if needed and handyman if something needs to be fixed.
