Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the rental property. No smoking of any kind is allowed, including vapor and/or e-cigarettes. Any tenant(s) smoking in a rental property will subject the entire group to expediated eviction with no refund of any kind. In addition to the smoking fine, any damages as a result of smoking (i.e. burns, deodorizing or additional housekeeping requirements, etc.) will be charged to the tenant. No Pets are allowed. We want our tenant(s) to enjoy their stay in our rental home. However, a part of the license to occupy the property includes a commitment on the part of the tenant(s) to act in a proper manner and refrain from doing anything that is likely to annoy or disturb other guests or adjacent property owners. If tenant(s): (i) are intoxicated, disorderly or otherwise act in a manner that create a risk of harm to themselves or others; (ii) create a civil disturbance (such as excessive noise, large parties, threats or intimidation of other guests or neighbors, etc.); (iii) permit occupancy greater than specified in the rental agreement; (iv) intentionally damage the property; or (v) otherwise violate the law; the rental agreement will be breached and the tenant(s) will be removed from the property (by law enforcement if necessary). In such event, payment for the stay will not be refunded and the tenant(s) will be responsible for all costs of repair and clean-up of the property. The maximum number of guests is 8. Tenant may not have overnight guests longer than 10 days without Landlord's consent. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenant(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all tenant(s) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. Anaheim City Ordinances Important: Please, don't bring speakers outside and crank up the music, even if you think everyone will enjoy it. If your neighbors can hear music you are in violation of the City Ordinance. Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 7am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access. Anaheim residents recycle as much as they can and we hope you will too. Please DO NOT STORE trash within PUBLIC VIEW, except in proper containers for the purpose of collection. The city of Anaheim contracts Republic Services, commonly known as Anaheim Disposal, to provide solid water collection services every Tuesday. Please place the trash and/or recycling bins in front of the home Monday evening or early Tuesday morning. Please do not leave trash and/or recycling at the curb after pick up is complete.
