Amazing House in a fantastic part of Gilbert, close to the San Tan Mall as well as lots of wonderful restaurants! Fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is an office but can be converted back to a bedroom. 3 full bathrooms. We will allow 1-2 smaller dogs, please inform the breed and size when applying. There is a $50 a month fee per pet, and an extra $500 non refundable deposit. No cats. Outdoor has a small grass yard with plants and trees, Gas Firepit and Charcoal BBQ, the community pool is large with wonderful lounges and bathrooms. The community also has basketball courts, dog walking trails, baseball diamond, tennis and pickleball courts, lots of playgrounds, etc. This is a wonderful community! 12 months is preferred, but would be willing to look at other offers of at least 6 months. 1-2 smaller dogs at $50 a month per dog, $500 non refundable deposit. Internet is a charge I will keep in my name, but tenants are responsible for payment. Basic internet is $55 a month, and tenants can increase from there is they want upgrade.
