There are 2 closets and a laundry room. We would consider 1 small crate trained dog or indoor only fixed cats. My two small children and I live on the property so liking children is necessary. We are close to the bus stop and Enchanted lake shopping center with everything you could need including a theater, grocery store, popular restaurants, and is home to Kailua's Sunday farmers market! There's even a pet supply store and a dentist office as well as a Starbucks. Great family style neighborhood. We are a fun laid back family and only rent to fun laid back people :) 1 year lease, however a 3 month period will be observed for both parties to decide if the property is the right fit for you and you are the right fit for our property.
