The shower got a smart app-controlled light for ambiance that can be set to simulate a cloudy day, a spa setting or even a lightning store synced with music if you are using a smart phone or have a Sonos speaker synced. There are independent controls for volume and temperature so you can dial in your shower experience based on preference. You will find a 16" built in rain head that you can ask for a torrential downpour or a slow hot rain that is amazing. Front shower head has a high-power pulsing jet or can deliver a normal front shower to those not wanting to get their hair wet. The Fenced back yard will be a clean slate as it was all Garden space last year. Ground has been cleared so grass can be planted assuming it's no longer a garden.
