Tenants must have a combined documented income of 3X the rent payment. 2 years of Tax Returns (or W2/1099's) and 3 months bank statements to verify income. Bad credit ok - type of bad credit will be taken into consideration.
Credit and background check are required on any adults living in the home and number of adults limited to 3 (unless the Tenant has adult children who plan to live there with them).
Tenant is required to carry renter's insurance. This insurance is inexpensive and is there to keep the Tenant insured in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
No cats (homeowner is allergic). 1 small-med weight dog (under 45 lbs) allowed with additional pet cleaning fee of $350 due up front. Dog must be registered and licensed w Oakland County, up to date on all vaccinations and owner must provide proof of spay/neuter from vet or shelter. Home has brand new carpet and newly refinished hardwood floor. No live plants or live Christmas trees will be allowed inside the home (including the basement).
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
Tenants may apply with a $49 application fee at Rentspree (link will be provided upon email or text inquiry). Each adult living in the home must apply.
