carport was rebuilt in 2019. Kitchen floor was rebuilt from floor joists up in 2019. Main bathroom was remodeled from floor joists up in May 2020 adding tile surround in shower, vinyl flooring and brand new tub, shower , bowl sink and vanity and toilet. All 3 bedrooms were stripped of flooring carpet, and sanded and brand new updated carpet and padding installed. Linoleum wood slat flooring installed in kitchen, livingroom and 2 hallways(entryway and betweenthe 2 bedrooms on east side of house).
