I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the remainder of my lease (January-July 31st 2015). At Quarry Trail they do not have "sub-leasers" due to liability, they call the process "Re-Leasing". You would sign a lease with Quarry Trail for January-July and you can live in any available room on the property, so this is available to both males and females! Rent is $509 a month, not including electric. There is an on-site pool, theater room, computer room with free printing and gym! Please contact me via text or e-mail if you are interested! Once again, you are not expected to live in my exact room/building, you are welcome to sign a lease in any of the available bedrooms Quarry Trail has to offer for January-July 2015! You would also get your own bathroom! It's only a 5 minute drive to campus, and there is a Quarry Trail shuttle that takes you from the property to UT Campus as well!
