Master bedroom w/private bath & 2 full walk-in closets: $850/month 3. *Somewhat duplex situation* 2 bedrooms w/1 private bath, living room, front porch exclusivity & multiple closets, shared kitchen/washer/dryer: $1200/month - Rent Discount Possibility - My primary concern is to find some help with my dogs as I was previously married but am no longer. I don't want the dogs to spend too much time without going to the bathroom, being fed, or just alone. Dogs are a bichon-mix (14 lbs) and full-blood Great Pyrenees (120 lbs), both are fixed and trained. Very friendly dogs. Great with other dogs. I work long hours during certain sport seasons, so I am willing to offer a discount on rent if the right person would help me with the dogs and potty/feeding.
