Secluded, quite, charming country cabin. There is a small kitchen, a main living room, one bath on the first floor and 2.5 bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom thing is easier to show than explain. Tenant pays electric and internet ($125.00 per mo. approx) High speed internet (fiber) has been hooked up to house as well. NO smoking in the house, NO cats. Stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer are included. There is electric heat and a wood pellet stove in the house. Tenant pays for 1 ton of pellets a year currently at $300. Water is from a well. Landlord is local and goes by property regularly. Cottage sits in clarks valley, 6 miles outside of town, back a dirt road., on a 1 acre plot of mostly trees and stream. Neighbors are barely visible. This is mountain ground and can be quite wet most of the year,....fall, winter and spring (Muddy). It is PA and does tend to rain a bit here. Looking for someone who enjoys country living and can take care of the building and property...normal wear and tear is expected. Preference given to anyone who can improve the property while living there. I do the repairs and upgrades so just keep me informed on issues with the property that need regular repair. The ideal tenant will pay the rent on time, have very little personal drama, mow the grass regularly, clean up the leaves in the fall, generally look after the place they live, keep a clean house, etc. Security deposit and first month rent due at agreement. Rent is on a month by month basis, prefer someone who is looking long term.
