Total two rooms for rent each of which are furnished with bed, mattress, wall painting, side table, and lamp. If other items are there as furnishings, tenant needs to bring it to the notice of the landlord. The rooms are located on the North East and North West direction in the 2nd floor of the house. The shared bathroom is located between these two rooms. The bathroom is furnished with curtain rod, curtain, fake flower(s). Common spaces include washer dryer room, hallways in both floors, entryways and kitchen with designated cabinets (for storage) and designated pantry storage area. Common appliances include washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Detailed lease terms will be shared in the rental agreement with respective tenant. Initially posted rent of $700 per person per room with 1 shared bathroom. As per tenant's request, rent reduced to $550 per person per room with the same shared bathroom. Security deposit is 1 month's rent. Pet fee may apply however details regarding applicability of pet fee or its waiver will be mentioned in the rental agreement. Any damages caused to human or property by tenants or tenant's pets is the sole responsibility of the respective tenant pet owner. Cost incurred in fixing or replacing those damages as applicable will be borne by the respective tenant. Both landlord(s) and tenant(s) agree to have a notice period of 30 days to move out.
