Fix wonderful meals in the full kitchen. Go antiquing in local stores. This property is a 100% wooden townhouse built in 1920. The walls are not insulated and the floors are hardwood. It comes fully furnished and I pay all of the utilities. I run this place as a short term or medium term rental. I pay the utilities and it's furnished. Currently I can rent it from early May 2025 until Sept 31 2025. I can rent it weekly or monthly, or for several months. Parking for 2 cars is under an carport behind the house. Absolutely NO SMOKING of ANYTHING in the house. If you smoke outside, the neighbors will be upset. If you enjoy smoking canabis the neighbors will call the police. If you have a pet, we need to discuss it.
