Our home has approximately 1200 heated sq ft on the main level ( 1 BR, 1.5 bths), the upper most level has around 850(2 BR, 1 bth). We recently finished out approximately 900 sq feet in the basement area (1 BR, 1 Bth, den and kitchenette. There remains approximatley 300 unheated in the basement area. It should be noted that when we bought the house for 357,000 in December 2021 the home was only partially finished.
