Situated on a level lot with a short retaining wall at the shore, this home features a nice sandy beach with a sand bar and open water beyond. The size of the beach varies with the lake level, and the property includes a dock and mooring. The sandbar can get busy with boat traffic, especially on weekends. The occupancy limit is 12, with a maximum of four cars and four occasional day guests. Pets are not allowed. Please adhere to the occupancy, guest, and parking limits. The property features internet, cable, a smart TV, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a firepit, fans, and upstairs air conditioning. The water source is a well, and there is a gas grill and outdoor furniture available for use.
