If you plan to have visitors, please discuss this with us before booking, and we would be happy to consider your request especially if you have family in town. PARKING: Personal parking spot by gate. Stay policies: - Professional Cleaning is required every 30 days, minimum. Extra Fee. - $69 damage protection fee required and renewed each 30 days. - HVAC filter change every 30 days. - Photo ID required - Security Deposit HOLD of $500 required.
