It is 4 bedroom apartment shared with 3 other male working professionals. We have Laundry on site, AC, 1 shared parking spot and easy street parking. Water is covered but will have to pay electric, gas, and internet which is split between everyone. The Mid-City area is great safe location with multi restaurants and Grocery Stores that are walking distance (Target, Whole Foods, Vons, Ralph's).
